Notice for Casablanca
Homeowner and Residents:
After a recent review
of the Casa Blanca Financials, we have terminated our contract with
e-PropertyManagement. There have been no monies missing---just a lot
of sloppy bookkeeping. We, the Board, felt that it would be better
to sever the relationship at an early stage, before it could develop
into something worse.
We are currently in
the process of negotiating a contract with a new management company.
This should be in place by August 1, 2009.
In the interim, if
you have any landscaping issues, please call and leave a message at
Julie’s office (760-773-0987).
